PM Studio Group absorbs TNT Group to consolidate a €130 million luxury packaging platform
PM Studio Group has acquired TNT Group, creating a global premium packaging entity with €130 million in combined revenue for the luxury and beauty sectors.
The consolidation of the luxury packaging supply chain is accelerating as PM Studio Group officially acquires TNT Group, a transaction that creates a combined entity with approximately €130 million in annual revenue. Backed by the investment fund Andera Partners since 2024, PM Studio is aggressively expanding its footprint, merging its established dominance in secondary packaging and bespoke gifting with TNT Group’s highly technical primary packaging capabilities.
Strategic integration of primary and secondary packaging
The structural logic behind this acquisition lies in the complementary nature of both portfolios. PM Studio Group, co-founded in 2018 by Patricia Stranik and Sven Döbert, has built a robust business supplying secondary packaging, luggage, and accessories to major fashion, jewelry, and beauty houses, reporting over €70 million in revenue in 2025. By integrating TNT Group, founded in 2013 by Toby Cattermole and Thomas Diezinger, the newly formed platform bridges the gap between creative conceptualization and complex engineering.
TNT Group operates on a fabless manufacturing model supported by industrial partners across Asia and Europe. The company brings critical expertise in premium primary packaging, particularly for the beauty and wines and spirits sectors. Their pioneering work in eco-design, including the integration of recycled zamak and monomaterial formats, aligns directly with the luxury industry's increasing demand for lower-impact, high-end packaging solutions.
Operational footprint and leadership restructuring
The combined operation now employs nearly 150 people worldwide, solidifying a strategic geographic triangle between Paris, Hong Kong, and New York. This footprint allows the group to serve both legacy luxury houses and fast-growing niche brands with localized agility and global manufacturing scale.
- Combined Revenue: Approximately €130 million ($145 million).
- Global Workforce: Nearly 150 employees across Europe, Asia, and North America.
- Core Markets: Beauty, luxury, fashion, jewelry, watchmaking, and wines & spirits.
As part of the post-acquisition integration, TNT Group's founders are reinvesting a significant portion of the sale proceeds into the combined business. Operationally, Damon Kennish, who joined the company as chief business officer in 2025, has been appointed as the new chief executive officer of TNT Group, tasked with driving the international expansion and technical integration of the two portfolios.
This acquisition signals a clear shift in the premium packaging sector, where brands increasingly favor suppliers capable of delivering end-to-end solutions. By controlling the value chain from early-stage R&D and creative design through to complex engineering and logistics, the expanded PM Studio Group is positioning itself not just as a vendor, but as a comprehensive structural partner for the global luxury market.
