REI International Consulting S.R.L.

REI International Consulting S.R.L., part of REI Grup, is a Romanian consultancy specialising in the preparation, implementation and monitoring of investment projects financed through European grants and state aid. Its registered office is in Bucharest, and the group publishes a network of offices across Romania. In November 2026, REI announced its first manufacturing investment: a kraft paper bag plant under construction at Călan Industrial Park in Hunedoara County. Completion is planned for the first half of 2027. The intended range comprises printed, customised paper bags for e-commerce, foodservice, retail, cosmetics and pharmacies; commercial production has not yet been confirmed. The consulting activity and the announced packaging project are distinct parts of the profile.
