Headquartered in Rancho Cucamonga, California, its paper-mill network comprises recycled mills in Ontario and Oxnard, California, and Hartford City, Indiana, plus the virgin kraft linerboard mill in Catawba, South Carolina. Its packaging businesses offer shipping containers, retail and promotional packaging, displays, engineering, graphic design, ISTA testing and fulfillment services.
